All of the Policy Numbers appearing on the Map Keys have links to the appropriate section of text in the Written Statement. These links will appear in a "new" window, close the window when you have read the statement and you will be taken back to the previous page.
The maps can be navigated by clicking in the small Map Index panel (top left on the map pages). There is a master map list showing links to all the main proposal maps and insets - click here to view the map list
To go back to the Written Statement Contents Page from the map sections, click the link appearing at the top of the Map Key (bottom left on the map pages).
Scroll bars will appear automatically when viewing on smaller monitors. Some of the Written Statement Chapter Pages may take a while to appear due to internet traffic speeds and slow modem connections. Once the pages are buffered into the computer memory, they will speed up when viewed again. To see all the pages within each Chapter use the scroll bars and links.
Use the "back" button in the Browser main control panel to quickly go back over pages.
